Anna concentrates on hand built earthenware and stoneware figures coloured with commercial stains and under-glazes. Inspiration derives from many sources; from Greek and Roman sculpture through to the paintings and sculpture of Picasso, Chagall, Botero, Brancusi, Renoir and Stanley Spencer. Theatre dance and the circus provide material for her interest in movement and balance.
